About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring patients receive necessary medical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct patient care including medication management and health education
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Qualifications
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
- Knowledge of current nursing best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
