Tech Delivery Manager - Claims

About the Opportunity:The TECH DELIVERY MANAGER - CLAIMS is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions within the Claims Product Family. This role bridges software engineering, product delivery, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. It plays a critical role in aligning technical strategies with business goals, resolving complex issues, and leading technical teams to enhance delivery outcomes. Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate Claims Product Family delivery teams on behalf of the Claims Delivery Director.Provide technical guidance, triage issues, and lead forums to resolve technical challenges.Lead agile scrum teams, mentor technical leads, and manage staff including coaching and development.Resolve escalated cross-team technical issues and enforce architectural standards.Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and adherence to timelines.Contribute to product roadmaps, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with delivery processes. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.Over 8 years of experience in technical roles.Minimum 3 years managing or coaching technical staff.Advanced knowledge of Claims systems and product delivery.Strong technical skills with platforms such as Azure, AWS, Oracle utilities, and Epic Systems.Experience with AI/GENAI use cases in tech operations or delivery management.Scaled Agile certifications.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage team capacity and foster accountability. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary grade ranges from $113,400 to $194,400, with typical hiring range between $113,400 and $170,100.Eligibility for incentive plan compensation.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, paid volunteer time, 401(k) contributions, and caregiver services.
