Responsibilities
- Advises clients on understanding, architecting, selecting, and implementing modern technology solutions, focusing on Digital and Cloud solutions.
- Provides technical leadership for full stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and customizations.
- Works on end-to-end agile software delivery, leading sprint planning, product requirements grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manages program budgets and timelines, collaborating with the product team to deliver excellent solutions and customer experiences.
- Maintains long-term client relationships and networks, and cultivates business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
- 5+ years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience in software engineering.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including issue identification, performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution.
- 4+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including hands-on coding of enterprise business class systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Agile software development, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar.
- 4+ years of experience in technology consulting for a professional services firm.
- 4+ years of experience with Java, .NET, or Go for developing web-based applications and backend microservices solutions.
- 4+ years of experience with command-line tools like bash, PowerShell, or similar.
- 4+ years of experience with DevOps lifecycle processes, infrastructure management, and containerization tools like Jenkins, ADO Pipelines, or Kubernetes.
- 4+ years of experience with full-stack development using frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- 4+ years of experience with relational or non-relational databases, including SQL or NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo, CouchDB, or similar.
- 4+ years of experience with testing tools like JUnit, NUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, WebDriver, JMeter, K6, or similar.
- 4+ years of experience with APIs, including SDK APIs and REST APIs, and working with tools like Postman or similar.
- 4+ years of experience with code management strategies like trunk-based and GitFlow or similar.
- 4+ years of experience with domestic and international travel, up to 50% and 10% respectively.

- Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology consulting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with full-stack development.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with databases and testing.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with APIs and containerization tools.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with code management strategies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with domestic and international travel.
Skills
- Java, .NET, or Go programming.
