Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to frontend development using React (~45%)
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs (~40%)
- Participate in architectural design, DevOps practices, and system planning (~15%)
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid backend development experience in at least one of the following: Golang, Node.js, or Java
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
- Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering capacity
- Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience working within Agile development frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in aviation, transportation, or other safety-critical industries
- Experience building or supporting microservices and distributed systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews
