Responsibilities

• Advises clients on understanding, architecting, selecting, and implementing modern technology solutions for efficient business operations, focusing on Digital and Cloud solutions.
• Provides technical leadership for full stack solutions, including front-end, back-end development, customization, deployment, optimization, and support of digital and cloud-based solutions.
• Contributes to system architecture and design, considering factors like security, reliability, and scalability.
• Led agile software delivery by managing sprint planning, product requirements grooming, sprint reviews with demos, and retrospectives using agile frameworks.
• Manages program budgets and timelines, works with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions and customer experiences.
• Motivates and manages teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, delivering quality client services and thought leadership.
• Manages client relationships and networks, cultivates business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including issue identification, performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution.
• 4+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including hands-on coding of enterprise business systems, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build & deployment processes, testing, observability, and operations.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile software development, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience as a technology consultant for a professional services firm.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, including using Java, .NET, or Go, command-line interaction, local and cloud system configuration, and DevOps lifecycle processes.
• 4+ years of experience leading software development planning workshops and client-facing presentations.
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of developers, providing structured feedback, and leading software development planning workshops.
• 4+ years of experience with full-stack development tools, version control systems, and code collaboration platforms.
• 4+ years of experience with databases, API development, testing, and DevOps lifecycle processes.
• 4+ years of experience with APIs, testing tools, and working with tools like Postman.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary of $150,560.00 per year, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and flexible vacation policies. Domestic and international travel may be required up to 50% and 10%, respectively.
