Responsibilities

• Supports test lab daily activities
• Equipment qualification
• Test method validation (TMV) development
• Lab engineering projects
• Performs bench-level engineering tests for design verification (DV), stability, feasibility, and test method developments (TMD)
• Sets up and operates environmental chamber supervision
• Coordinates aging programs
• Maintains and coordinates equipment maintenance
• Maintains and coordinates calibration coordination
• Maintains and coordinates test procedure maintenance
• Designs and maintains tool and fixture designs
• Maintains and represents EHS requirements
• Executes moderately complex test requests with minimal assistance
• Develops proficiency in one or more lab functions
• Supports review of test requests to ensure accurate completion
• Supports lab for TMV s
• Troubleshoots to a solution inconsistency on test needs/requests with requestor
• Collaborates with TMD and Ver/Val teams
• Supports equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and TMV s development
• Supports TMD and Ver/Val teams
• Supports efforts to create tools for process simplification of testing lab operation

Qualifications

• Technical skills and knowledge
• Proficiency in one or more lab functions
• Good documentation practice (GDP), good laboratory practice (GLP)
• Supports compliance with GLP
