Risks Prevention Plan

The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).

Responsibilities

• Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
• Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process by the implementation, application and evolution of maintenance plans).
• Effectively optimize the effectiveness of interventions through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions in a dynamic of continuous progress over short and medium term horizons (week/month).
• Optimize maintenance costs (operational efficiency, energy and spare parts consumption).
• Apply the steps and tools of MMW and standard in orderliness and cleanliness to ensure the durability of equipment, particularly by dealing with obsolescence cases.
• Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and risk prevention.
• Knowledge of polymer composite materials and their applications.
• Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
