Risks Prevention Plan

The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).

Responsibilities

• Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
• Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process).
• Effectively optimize intervention effectiveness through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
• Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
• Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
• Ensure equipment durability, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
• Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying risks prevention plans and maintaining safety standards.
• Knowledge of and experience with the maintenance strategy and its application to equipment criticality.
• Ability to implement and update maintenance plans based on process influent parameters.
• Proficiency in analyzing maintenance results and implementing necessary improvements.
• Experience in optimizing maintenance costs and operational efficiency.
• Understanding of MMW and the ability to apply its principles and tools.
• Experience in ensuring equipment durability and addressing obsolescence cases.
• Ability to adapt resources and create training and succession plans.

Skills

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management.
• Experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of MMW and its application in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to ensure equipment durability and address obsolescence.
• Experience in creating and managing resource adaptation plans.
