Risks Prevention Plan
The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).
Responsibilities
- Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
- Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process).
- Effectively optimize intervention effectiveness through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
- Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
- Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
- Ensure equipment durability, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
- Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in applying risks prevention plans and maintaining safety standards.
- Knowledge of and experience with the maintenance strategy and its application to equipment criticality.
- Ability to implement and update maintenance plans based on process influent parameters.
- Proficiency in analyzing maintenance results and implementing necessary improvements.
- Experience in optimizing maintenance costs and operational efficiency.
- Understanding of MMW and the ability to apply its principles and tools.
- Experience in ensuring equipment durability and addressing obsolescence cases.
- Ability to adapt resources and create training and succession plans.
Skills
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management.
- Experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of MMW and its application in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to ensure equipment durability and address obsolescence.
- Experience in creating and managing resource adaptation plans.
