Risks Prevention Plan
The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).
Responsibilities
- Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
- Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process).
- Effectively optimize intervention effectiveness through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
- Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
- Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
- Ensure the durability of equipment, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
- Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.

Skills
- Knowledge of polymer composite materials.
- Experience in manufacturing high-quality tires and components for critical applications.
- Ability to innovate in fields such as mobility, construction, aeronautics, low-carbon energies, and healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills for optimizing maintenance plans and intervention effectiveness.
- Attention to detail and ability to apply safety requirements.
