Risks Prevention Plan

The risks prevention plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (personnel and equipment).

Responsibilities

  • Apply the maintenance strategy to equipment criticality.
  • Implement and include process influent parameters in maintenance plans (including contribution to the control of the process).
  • Effectively optimize intervention effectiveness through analysis of maintenance results and implementation of necessary actions.
  • Optimize maintenance costs by improving operational efficiency, reducing energy and spare parts consumption.
  • Apply the steps and tools of MMW and maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
  • Ensure equipment durability, especially by addressing obsolescence cases.
  • Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.
