About the role

The Teardown & Evaluation Technician is responsible for the disassembly, inspection, evaluation, and maintenance support of aviation articles and component assemblies in accordance with approved technical data, manufacturer specifications, company procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. This position supports repair and overhaul operations by performing teardown activities to expose hidden damage, identify repair requirements, and ensure component traceability throughout the maintenance process. The technician will utilize hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and approved maintenance practices while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
