About the role

You will report to the Finance Manager and lead a small team, overseeing the financial administration and ensuring the quality of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial administration.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Maintain quality control and accurate processing of financial data.
• Optimize administrative processes and workflows.
• Coordinate and align various sub-administrations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reports.

Requirements

• Completed HBO-level education in accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including leadership experience.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.
• Strong IT skills (ERP, SAP B1, advanced Excel).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Independent, assertive, and resilient under pressure.
