Financial Adv Team Leader
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title heading. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Physical Requirements/Percentage Of Work Time", "Environment", "Our Health and Safety Commitment", "Equal Employment Opportunity", "Our Partnerships", "Ready to Make a Difference? Apply today...", "Disclaimer". Also remove "Work Location: Rosecrance Jackson Centers Main- Sioux City, Iowa 51101 Work Mode: On-site" maybe keep location? Not required as heading; could be in a short
maybe but we can drop minor metadata. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So location and schedule we have schedule given; we need to include Schedule section if posting actually states them. Yes schedule: "Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5PM". So we need a Schedule section with that content. Pay: "Pay: (based on education and experience) Starting pay: $23.68 per hour". So we need Pay section. Benefits: list of benefits given. So Benefits section. Responsibilities: many bullet points under "Essential Responsibilities". We'll put those in
- .
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: list of qualifications. We'll put in Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says we can use headings like Qualifications, Requirements, Skills. We need to decide. Probably combine qualifications and requirements into a Qualifications section. Could also have Requirements and Skills separate but we have limited content. We'll create a Qualifications section with the list.
About the role: The initial paragraph about mission etc. Could be About the role. We'll put that in
maybe under About the role heading. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Financial Advisor Team Leader". Not to be used as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
About the role

Position Purpose
maybe not required but we could include as part of About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't list Position Purpose. Could we include it as a paragraph under About the role? Probably better to keep as part of About the role. But we have a separate "Position Purpose:" line. Could incorporate that into About the role paragraph. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can include it in the About the role paragraph. Simplify: After About the role paragraph, we can add acontaining the Position Purpose sentence. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's include Position Purpose as a separate
under About the role? Might be okay. But the instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We could treat Position Purpose as part of About the role. Thus About the role section will contain the introductory paragraphs and the Position Purpose sentence. Now Responsibilities: list all essential responsibilities. We'll extract each sentence after "Essential Responsibilities". We'll need to break into list items. Let's list them: - Adhere to prescribed work hours set by leadership, and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. - Complete withheld billing, NTST, ILSR (MH), and Medicaid-pending reports on a routine basis. - Manage third-party insurance processing for clients, including the determination and verification of benefits, and conducting financial interviews with clients or guardians. - Monitor and follow up on financial commitments from clients or guardians, ensuring consistency of payment commitments throughout the treatment process. - Communicate the need for individual case benefit negotiations with the guidance of other stakeholders. - Communicate client financial information to staff and ensure adherence to current procedures by notifying them of the correct funding classifications. - Provide details of the verification of benefits (VOB) to the client or the client’s family, along with reviewing funding and payment options. - Assist in training new team members on Financial Advisor duties and provide ongoing training on both existing and new processes. That's many. We'll put them in

Skills: maybe we could extract skills like communication, organizational, computer applications, etc. But we already have qualifications covering skills.
