About the role

We are seeking a Teamcenter QA Manager with strong experience in Teamcenter or PLM testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA strategy, test management, integration testing, defect management, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for Teamcenter implementations and enhancements.
• Define QA standards, testing processes, and test strategies.
• Create test plans, test cases, scripts, and automation suites.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Validate Teamcenter BOM, workflows, change management, and access controls.
• Test integrations with SAP, MES, and NX/CAD systems.
• Manage test data, test cycles, and QA resources.
• Track defects, prioritize issues, and monitor resolutions.
• Ensure requirements are mapped to test cases and defects.
• Lead UAT activities and support business sign-off.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements.
• Monitor test coverage, defects, and quality metrics.
• Validate environments, deployments, and releases.
• Support production readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to QA teams.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Teamcenter or PLM QA and Test Management.
• Experience creating test strategies, plans, and test frameworks.
• Good understanding of Teamcenter BOM, workflows, items, and datasets.
• Experience with SAP, NX/CAD, and MES integration testing.
• Experience with ADO, JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge of test automation and scripting tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
