Team Operations Lead - Operations Management
About the role
The Team Operations Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and team effectiveness by translating leadership priorities into actionable plans, structured processes, and measurable outcomes. This role serves as a trusted operational partner to team leadership, managing communications, execution tracking, meeting governance, onboarding processes, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and communication expertise with the ability to create executive-level presentations, visual communications, and operational frameworks that support business objectives and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Translate leadership strategies into project plans, workflows, timelines, and ownership models.
- Track priorities, milestones, risks, and deliverables to drive execution and accountability.
- Partner with leaders to support planning, decision-making, and key business initiatives.
- Manage onboarding activities, team resources, and integration of new employees.
- Oversee team meeting operations, including agendas, facilitation support, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Lead internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging across teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize collaboration tools and communication platforms (SharePoint, Slack, Outlook, Airtable).
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, managing dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop executive presentations, visual communications, dashboards, and leadership materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, project coordination, chief of staff support, or related roles.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting leaders and driving execution of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint/presentation development skills with experience creating executive-level materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Slack, Airtable, and collaboration tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
