Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and present an assigned educational project
- Provide broad operational support across team and matchday activities
- Assist with matchday logistics, including venue setup, equipment coordination, and operational checklists
- Serve as on-site operational support during home matches and club events
- Support training day and team-related operations as needed
- Help coordinate internal communications between operations, marketing, and game presentation staff
- Auxiliary inventory management and equipment organization
- Support travel, scheduling, and administrative needs as assigned
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments
- Interest in sports operations, event management, or athletic administration
- Prior experience with athletics, events, or operations is a plus, but not required
