About the Role

The Automated Logic Corporation Operations Internship Program is designed to expose you to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. Throughout this program, you’ll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts, gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This immersive experience will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills while leveraging your technical acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Shadow Operations, Service, and Sales
  • Support Project Managers on site tasks

Role Purpose

  • Learn more about Automated Logic Corporation (ALC)
  • Learn HVAC Controls through an Operations focus

Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be currently enrolled at a Technical School
  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must have a valid and current Driver’s License

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to lift 20 lbs
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in teams

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 and $87,500.00. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
