Team Operations Associate
About the role
Wealth Enhancement is hiring a Team Operations Associate in our Brentwood, TN office. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain new client accounts within the CRM and related systems.
- Support the Senior Client Service Manager (CSM) with new account opening and ongoing account servicing activities.
- Learn and serve as back-up support for asset movement processes during Senior CSM absences.
- Absorb and resolve complex servicing needs, including account transfers, IRA rollovers, alternative investments, and trust-related account updates.
- Troubleshoot account documentation and ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm standards.
- Client Review Scheduling & Preparation:
- Schedule client review meetings and coordinate logistics across advisors and team members.
- Prepare client review materials in advance of advisor meetings and attend client reviews as needed.
- Manage the Annual Client Review process, ensuring reports are completed by advisors in a timely manner.
- Track post-review follow-ups and coordinate task completion with advisors and team members.
- Team & Operational Support:
- Aid in document management, record retention, and data accuracy across systems.
- Support ad hoc operational projects and team initiatives as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying workflow gaps or inefficiencies.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; post-secondary degree preferred.
- Securities and/or insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain, a plus.
- Prior experience in office administration or operations preferred; financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
