Team Member (Part Time) - Chicago Oak Street Flagship

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
• Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to support each customer and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges.
• Step into different zones of the store as needed, embracing coaching and change with professionalism.
• Be curious, ask questions, and continuously improve your work based on feedback.

Requirements

• Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday, at least one closing across Saturday and Sunday, available for 3 closing shifts.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Skills and Abilities: Passion for customer service, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism, strong communication skills, eagerness to learn and grow, previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift, bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
