Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
• Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors in a fast-paced, high traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges with calmness and clarity, prioritizing the customer experience.
• Adapt to different zones of the store as needed, embracing learning agility and coaching.
• Be curious, ask questions, and continuously seek ways to improve your work and the customer experience.
• Bring energy and intention to every shift, contributing to the team culture and collective results.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow!
• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
• Ability to stand and remain physically active, bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Does not want to be an influencer.
