About the Role

Provides leadership and direction for daily operations within a department, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales and operational goals. Mentors and coaches team members, supports training and cross-training, and ensures compliance with food safety and safety standards. Acts in a lead capacity across departments when required, fostering an inclusive, team-oriented environment aligned with company culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members to enhance shopping experience
• Assign daily tasks, mentor staff, and support training initiatives
• Support scheduling to boost engagement, sales, and profitability
• Monitor product freshness and safety compliance
• Lead product ordering, stocking, and display efforts
• Operate registers, powered equipment, and participate in inventory
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
