Grocery Team Member

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
• Exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising.
• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and assist customers in finding items.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
