Job Overview
The Enhancement Team Member supports the Team Leader in the timely, high-quality completion of landscape renovation and revitalization projects. This role assists with a variety of enhancement tasks including light masonry, retaining walls, plant installation, and general landscape improvements.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the completion of enhancement projects including retaining walls, planting beds, sod installation, patio repairs, and general landscape improvements.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris safely and efficiently.
- Follow direction from the Team Leader to execute tasks accurately and productively.
- Maintain a professional image on client sites and help ensure company tools and equipment are properly cared for.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely in accordance with company safety guidelines and required PPE standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site throughout the workday.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding task progress, challenges, or material needs.
- Perform detailed work and ensure assigned tasks meet company quality standards before leaving each property.
- Participate in hands-on training and actively develop skills in enhancement installation techniques.
- Support overall crew efficiency and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

- Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan Driver’s License; CDL Class C preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
