Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and quickly and accurately take their order and payment.
- Take phone orders or cater orders to assist with special events.
- Call out completed orders to guests with a rhyme.
- Cook food to our high-quality standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Create eye-catching, fresh, made-to-order salads and ensure proper sanitation.
Requirements
- Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6-month period.
- Military Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays.
- Knowledge of Portillo’s menu items and preparation methods.
- Basic computer skills, including using a cash register.

The pay rate for this role is $15 per hour. Additional bonuses are offered for working after 11pm, in cold weather, and on holidays.
