Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and quickly and accurately take their order and payment.
• Take phone orders or cater orders to assist with special events.
• Call out completed orders to guests with a rhyme.
• Cook food to our high-quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Create eye-catching, fresh, made-to-order salads and keep the workspace clean.

Requirements

• Must have worked at Portillo’s for 1 year with an average of at least 20 hours over a 6-month period.
• Military Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $15 per hour. Additional rates apply for hours worked after 11pm, in cold weather, and on holidays.

Schedule

Flexible schedules are offered. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
