About the role

The Team Manager will support the Director in leading, developing, and supporting the sales, operations, and security team members to meet and/or exceed commercial targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience. You will assume oversight for the store when the Director is not present. This role requires a dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients, acts as a mentor and coach, and ensures unsurpassed client service. The Team Manager must think strategically while being hands-on in day-to-day execution, focusing on clients, people, and brand desirability. They will work transparently and collaboratively with both central and local teams, modeling and championing Tiffany’s core belief—People Make the Difference—and its values: Be Creative & Innovative, Deliver Excellence, and Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively coach, guide, and support the sales and/or operations of a Tiffany store to orchestrate the client experience, ensuring commercial and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a strong, decisive, and collaborative leader who builds a climate of service excellence, leading the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in partnership with the Store Director.

Sales

  • Deepen client relationships to achieve or exceed sales targets, product category targets, and relevant KPIs.
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
  • Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate passion and deliver "Tiffany Touch" moments to both team members and clients, personally managing key client relationships.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs.

Service

  • Execute all tasks with a client-centric approach, delivering "Tiffany Touch" moments at every touchpoint.
  • Lead, model, and coach the team based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience.
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team to ensure Tiffany client experience expectations are always met.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
  • Act on NPS performance and client feedback to continuously improve customer service.

Talent

  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance climate, prioritizing individuals who are "People who like People."
  • Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback, utilizing reward, recognition, and performance management processes to improve team engagement and performance.

  • Manage efficient back-of-house operations and ensure consistency with established procedures.
  • Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (e.g., sales floor, operations).
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Qualifications
