Management Responsibilities
- Exercise the authority of a manager including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one-on-one coaching, employee recognition, and development
- Ensure performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner
- Take appropriate action when employee performance does not meet expectations
- Keep staff informed of branch manager updates and industry regulatory changes
- Provide ongoing coaching focused on identifying customer needs and strengthening customer relationships
Customer Service
- Set and manage expectations for exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Communicate Sussex’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in a positive and clear manner
- Focus on customer retention and long-term relationship building
Operations
- Direct, control, and/or delegate daily branch operations
- Oversee security procedures, audit controls, and end-of-day reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Pay
- $60,000–$80,000 annually
