Team Manager - Post-Implementation Services

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a leader to join our post implementation team. This role focuses on helping customers manage, optimize, and enhance their live applications as part of operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and employee success
• Lead through hands-on and strategic initiatives
• Cultivate a positive and productive environment
• Drive new practices to support ongoing adoption of new features and capabilities
• Create innovative collateral to support live customers
• Partner with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of software services experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
• 2+ years in people management
• Has grown and led a team of customer-facing software consultants
• Operational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource management
• Able to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay

Base pay: $90,000 - $150,000
