As a Team Manager at Panera, you play a crucial role in ensuring that every shift is a great one. Your responsibilities include fostering a warm, inclusive, and respectful team culture, leading your team to exceed goals, and providing ongoing training and development.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
- Coach and motivate your team to achieve bakery-cafe goals
- Train your team on food safety standards and ensure compliance
- Hire and onboard new associates
- Lead, manage, and develop your team
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
Requirements
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to run great shifts
- 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or able to pass)
- At least 18 years of age
- Must submit to a background check
