Team Manager/Host for Kids Birthday Parties (Northbrook)

About the role

Kids Science Labs is seeking a Birthday Party Team Lead to guide our Birthday Team members in delivering exceptional birthday party experiences for kids and their families on weekends. This role is not routine and offers opportunities for growth in leadership and management.

Responsibilities

• Guide Birthday Team members to execute a memorable and exciting hands-on science experience for groups of 10-30 kids.
• Work collaboratively with the Birthday Team to provide exceptional customer service and manage the parent and child experience.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the Birthday Team is prepared with proper prep, information, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the Customer Engagement Team to address any birthday customer requests.
• Manage the Birthday Team’s schedule using Homebase.

Requirements

• Available both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Exceptional at providing customer service, preferably in childcare, theater, or education.
• Organized and dependable.
• Proactive leaders with strong communication skills.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly.
• Passionate with a positive attitude.
