Responsibilities

• Lead and assist amazing birthday parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat customers like family
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party

• You love having fun, like giving high-fives, and can play like a child (background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus)
• You live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good
• Kids really like you, and their parents really like you too

About The Little Gym

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years.
