Team Leader - XDR Security

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our on-site security service team in Indonesia, focusing on Palo Alto's Cortex XDR product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information System (or similar major) from a reputable university
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing Palo Alto's Cortex XDR product, covering both post-sales and operational scopes
• Valid Palo Alto XDR certification: either "Palo Alto's XDR Engineer" or "PCDRA"
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience, specifically managing on-site client security services
• Strong portfolio in IT security tools, with expertise in Endpoint security platforms (AV/EDR/XDR), malware analysis, and cyber-attack defense
• Excellent leadership skills, including task delegation and workload distribution
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversee all work activities performed by the residential engineering team
• Act as a liaison between the XDR support team and the client, facilitating information-sharing and providing consultative support
• Define team goals aligned with service objectives and team activities
• Develop and implement service strategies for preventive and corrective maintenance to meet client goals
• Monitor the team's daily operational activities
• Recommend best practices for XDR solution usage and integration with client IT systems
• Ensure documentation integrity, particularly for post-integration records
• Prepare and present Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance reports to clients
• Coordinate with operators for preparation and configuration during XDR integration or installation
• Manage all ad-hoc requests from clients
