About the role

The successful candidate will lead land and site development projects, including project design, staff management, and client interaction. Halff's water and wastewater practice is poised for growth, and this position will play a key role in expanding this practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project design and management
• Manage a production team
• Lead project delivery
• Engage in business development and client management

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Land Development design projects
• Working knowledge and experience with plans production
• Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude, self-directed, team player, and focused on quality, integrity, and success
