Team Leader - Rental Delivery - Aspen Ski Resort
Winter Seasonal position with full- and part-time roles available. Start date: 11/21/26 (weather permitting); end date varies based on mountain closure.

About The Role
Team leaders (aka shift managers) are responsible for upholding Ski Butlers customer service standards while managing the flow of day-to-day operations. No two days are the same; adapting to the environment, managing expectations, and leading by example are key qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the shop daily
- Pre- and post-shift team meetings, ensuring each Ski Technician understands expectations and responsibilities for that shift
- Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups for the current and upcoming shift
- Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner
- Dispatch ski technicians on reactive support calls
- Ensure brand standards are met daily (e.g., uniforms, vans, equipment, shop cleanliness)
- Set up the next shift for success
- Upsell existing guests via phone calls/texts in pre-delivery communication
Secondary Responsibilities
- Size guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system
- Schedule work assignments for the following shift
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching, both positive and constructive, to meet Key Customer Requirements
- Assist with labor management during slow periods
- Take reservations and issue refunds
- Assist with delivery and support service operations as needed
Requirements
- Expect weekends and holiday work
- Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts
- No previous experience required
Pay
$21/hour base wage, plus generous tips.
