Team Leader Powder Line

About the role

ACI is looking for a Team Leader for the Powder Line on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility. This role is ideal for someone driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all painters and hanger/packers and assign daily tasks.
• Execute the day-to-day schedule and manage the changing needs of our customers.
• Delegate tasks to teammates and ensure deadlines are being met.
• Oversee day-to-day paint operations on the powder coat line.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching and development.
• Work directly with leadership in tandem with HR on employee disciplinary actions and development.
• Visually inspect parts for quality and accuracy prior to packaging.
• Assist with training new hires and other employees as needed.
• Work in the powder line as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Paint shop experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Past experience working in a trainer position preferred.
