Team Leader (Lamination) - Craft Your Future With Us✨

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures lamination manufacturing operations are in accordance with Regal's Quality Standards
• Actively coaches and oversees Lead(s) and hourly Team Members (35-40 team members)
• Trains and motivates Team Members to achieve the highest levels of productivity and quality
• Communicates daily schedule with production team members
• Tracks team member time and attendance according to Regal's Attendance & PTO Policy
• Troubleshoots issues on the production line related to the boat manufacturing process
• Works with other departments to ensure parts are completed according to schedule
• Produces manufacturing defect list, writes Corrective Action Requests, answers technical questions, and orders appropriate materials
• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable state and federal laws
• Interviews team members, plans, assigns, and directs work, appraises performance, rewards and counsels team members, addresses complaints, and resolves problems

Required Qualifications

• Able to confirm time cards and effectively utilize our timekeeping system
• Able to manage labor hours to meet production rates effectively
• Able to conduct employee conversations to communicate expectations, performance, & disciplinary actions
• Able to Lead daily meetings with large teams to effectively detail recent progress, current state, and future strategy
• Able to follow all safety standards and procedures
• Able to understand and adhere to all quality standards
• Able to work well with Diverse teams
• Able to Coordinate production responsibilities to maximize productivity and deliver products on time
• Able to display a dependable demeanor
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written directions
• Able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, and Outlook/Gmail proficiently

• Conversational English

• Experience in a previous Leadership position
• Able to interact and communicate with department areas outside your area of responsibility

• Able to Maneuver resources throughout the day as attendance or other problems arise
• Previous experience with Training and on-boarding of new team members
• Able to Learn and understand our Manufacturing processes
