Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide accurate beverage and food preparation services.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and management to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure proper store closing procedures are followed to prepare the morning team for opening.

Schedule

Team Leaders usually work 5/6, 8-10-hour days, about 30-48 hours/week, pending the operational needs of their specific store. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability is required.

Pay

Afternoon/Evening Team Leader pay is $18.00/Hr + Tips.
