About the role
The Team Leader provides administrative and clinical support for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The ACT Team serves the borough of Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the ACT team
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Provide clinical supervision to team members
- Manage the budget and resources of the ACT team
- Collaborate with staff to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and families
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience with Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) models and evidence-based practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Experience with ACT models and evidence-based practices
- Experience working with diverse populations
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay
$70,000 - $77,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
