Team Leader (3rd Shift)

Must be able to foster BEL USA'S mission and core values to help drive the organization towards a more constructive culture and higher performance. In addition to being a productive member of the work group, the Team Leader is responsible for coordinating production to ensure established guidelines for quality and productivity are met and improved in the work area. Obtains knowledge of workflow and processes necessary to meet daily production goals of assigned areaEnsures that the work group has the necessary supplies and materials to meet production goalsInforms supervisor/manager of any potential problems and/or issues with personnelResponsible for reporting any potential safety hazards and/or machinery defects to appropriate personnelEnsures that all associates perform duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company safety policiesWorks closely with internal departments to make sure all order information (including artwork, decoration method, etc.) is accurate and complete in order to produce the highest quality productResponsible for inspecting own work, and the work of others, to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possiblePractices and promotes the usage of problem solving, process improvement, and teamwork principlesEnsures that housekeeping is maintained at an acceptable level at all timesReliable, regular attendance is essentialSupports teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas workPerforms duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policiesOther duties and special projects as assigned Essential Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
