About the role

The Team Lead, Technical Delivery has management responsibility for Technical Delivery Managers responsible for assisting clients through the implementation and ongoing support of our product suite, with a specific focus on GTM Studio, RingLead, and API. This is a high-visibility role within an exciting area of the business with a chance to gain domain expertise in all aspects of sales and marketing intelligence technologies and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of high-performing Technical Delivery Managers responsible for providing hands-on guidance and support to clients during the initial implementation and ongoing support of GTM Studio, Ringlead, and API within the client internal systems.
  • Cook up workflows of team members to achieve optimum quality and efficiency while ensuring the expectations of customers are top of mind priority. Achieve operational effectiveness within the Integration Implementation team to achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Establish protocols, set goals & expectations, and provide guidance to team members. Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of team performance.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and other key information points on the success rate of Integration implementations and deliver those reports to members of the executive team.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments particularly for Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo platform and available solutions.
  • Engage in clear dialogue with clients to customize the Ringlead Integration implementation ensuring the deployment aligns with client business needs.
  • Deploy strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve any previously unforeseen issues both during the implementation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to the Product Management and Engineering teams to identify, catalog, and escalate any product defects and or insufficiencies.
  • Train, coach, collaborate, and troubleshoot with team members to better serve customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve in the calendar rotation for multiple Integration implementations and assist the team as necessary.
  • Aid in creating technical “how-to” documents when necessary.
  • Perform a wide variety of professional tasks, which demand a high level of creativity and imagination, as well as a thorough knowledge of the applicable needs and expectations of employees/customers.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of technical CRM, Marketing Automation implementation, or Sales Acceleration platform experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Highly familiar with both Salesforce and an ability to quickly and knowledgeably navigate within both environments - Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred.
  • Well-versed in CRM reporting, filtering, custom field creation, workflows, triggers, and CRM processes.
  • Certification and/or familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Salesforce Admin is a strong plus.
  • High capacity to learn and understand the technical infrastructure and troubleshooting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and a self-directed problem solver

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $91,300 - $95,000
  • Potential for annual bonus

Pay

  • US base salary for this position is $91,300 - $95,000
