About the role
High Rise Capital is actively expanding and seeks an experienced MCA Team Lead / Team Manager to build and scale a high-performance sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of MCA sales representatives
- Run daily morning meetings and sales trainings
- Track and enforce KPIs (dials, talk time, submissions, approvals, fundings)
- Aid reps with deal structure and lender placement
- Jump on calls to help close or save deals when needed
- Maintain and grow lender relationships
- Create a competitive, high-accountability production culture
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of direct MCA experience
- Proven record of personal monthly funding production
- Experience handling both clean paper and high-risk files
- Strong understanding of stacking, debt ratios, and underwriting logic
- Ability to open and close deals confidently
- Prior experience managing or mentoring reps preferred
- Comfortable handling large files, including 6- and 7-figure opportunities
