Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in training and developing staff.
- Affiliate in member service oversight to ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Engage in front desk-related tasks:
- Answer phone calls politely and assist with inquiries or concerns.
- Take incoming calls.
- Handle member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member account information.
- Attract and guide potential members during tours.
- Address and answer member service issues and queries.
- Manage team member support and offer backup assistance to Club Manager as required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive club image.
- Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
- Administer marketing efforts, ensuring team members are informed about current promotions.
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
