Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Aid in training and developing staff.
  • Affiliate in member service oversight to ensure all staff deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage in front desk-related tasks:
    • Answer phone calls politely and assist with inquiries or concerns.
    • Take incoming calls.
    • Handle member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member account information.
    • Attract and guide potential members during tours.
    • Address and answer member service issues and queries.
    • Manage team member support and offer backup assistance to Club Manager as required.
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive club image.
    • Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
    • Administer marketing efforts, ensuring team members are informed about current promotions.
    • Order supplies, manage inventory, and track reports as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Honesty and good work ethic
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
