Team Lead-Specialization

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.
• Arcitect and deploy Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V solutions for high availability and scalability.
• Develop advanced PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Oversee Active Directory structure, Group Policies, and security hardening.
• Optimize system performance and plan for future growth.
• Create technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of 'Windows Server', 'Active Directory', and 'PowerShell scripting'.
• Strong experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues independently.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and security compliance.

Preferred

• Certifications: MCSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified: Virtualization.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Linux Working experience will be added advantages.
