Team Lead Scheduling - NADC Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end scheduling process (wave planning, shipment creation, priority management)
• Translate planning inputs into actionable daily schedules aligned with operational capacity and constraints
• Ensure schedule readiness for outbound execution, including picking, consolidation, and shipment processing
• Manage real-time operational adjustments and exception handling to maintain service levels
• Cross-Functional Alignment
• Coordinate with Planning, Inventory, Quality Control, Outbound Operations, and Transportation teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
• Serve as the primary escalation point for scheduling-related issues and constraints
• Facilitate communication between planning and execution teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or planning/scheduling roles
• Experience: Prior experience in a distribution center or logistics environment preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is an asset
