Team Lead, People Technology

I'm working with a leading HFT firm in Chicago that's hiring a Team Lead to help build and scale a brand-new team within Infrastructure Engineering. This is an opportunity to join as the founding engineer of a greenfield buildout. You'll help build and scale a new function from the ground up, owning the architecture and development of critical internal platforms while helping shape the team's direction. Lots of ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to mentor and lead a small team of engineers, while remaining an individual contributor.
