About the role
At Get Air, you will work in a fast‑paced, fun‑focused environment as part of a team that creates lasting memories for customers by ensuring they have the best day ever at the park. With more than 60 locations across the United States, Canada, Belgium, and Japan, Get Air offers wall‑to‑wall trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, foam pits, trampoline dodgeball, and more. Responsibilities
- Promote safety and cleanliness in the park
- Strive to meet sales goals
- Host parties on a day‑to‑day basis
- Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals
- Oversee shifts
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self‑motivated and self‑disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.

Pay
Base wage of $14.77 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr through tips, bonuses, and commissions, making earning potential limitless.
