About the role

We are searching for a talented Team Lead for Patient Care Services. This position is located in Med Surg/Tele at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Shift: Evening/Night shift with weekends as needed; 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department, including leadership and the performance review process.
• Oversee daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling, and fiscal responsibilities.
• Handle educational responsibilities, performance improvement, and act as a liaison for quality initiatives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
• A minimum of three years of related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate, and manage patient outcomes.
• Proven organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Highly effective interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Current RN registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Specialty certification is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the exemption once hired.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $49.87 – USD $92.63 per hour.

Schedule

Rotation schedule requires weekends as needed.
