The Team Leader, Packaging/Labeling plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and compliant packaging operations for clinical trials and pharmaceutical products. You'll lead and coordinate daily packaging activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll advance continuous improvement initiatives and develop teams dedicated to enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

HOURS: 6am - 6pm 12-hour shift
Description
DESCRIPTION: The Team Leader, Packaging/Labeling plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and compliant packaging operations for clinical trials and pharmaceutical products. You'll lead and coordinate daily packaging activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll advance continuous improvement initiatives and develop teams dedicated to enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science/engineering preferred, High school diploma and relevant experience will be considered.
- Preferred Fields of Study: science, engineering, or related field
- Pharmaceutical or food industry professional qualifications beneficial
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
- Experience with batch record documentation and compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and production management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Physical ability to handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work various shifts as needed
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills valuable
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
