Team Lead, NorthPark

About the role

Louis Vuitton NorthPark, Dallas is seeking an innovative leader committed to driving excellence in the Client and Team experience while managing the store's everyday business. As a Team Lead, you will be an ambassador of the brand, assisting the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team, building client relationships, proactively championing sales goals, and ensuring the highest level of client experience is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Co-create strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers to drive business objectives.
• Deliver all client interactions in line with the Louis Vuitton promise to strengthen brand loyalty and market positioning.
• Client and Business Development: Identify and cultivate client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Selling and Floor Management: Oversee daily operations and sales activities on the floor.
• Team Support and Development: Mentor, coach, and support client advisors to maximize their potential.
• Driving Client Experience: Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Requirements

• Focused, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
• Strong leadership skills to develop, coach, and support a team of client advisors.
• Experience driving multiple categories in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in building genuine relationships with both clients and team members.

Pay

Hourly rate in the range of USD $35 - $40 per hour, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
