Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of Maintenance Technicians and mechanics.
- Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using CMMS.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and HS&E to improve equipment reliability and safety.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
- Promote Watlow Values, leadership competencies, and continuous improvement.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Conduct performance coaching, training, and development.
- Support staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and succession planning.
- Lead daily tier meetings and communicate priorities.
- Ensure compliance with Watlow policies.
Qualifications
- Average 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Average 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
- Experience with CMMS and Lean/continuous improvement preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment and includes standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed, exposure to industrial noise and temperature variations, and occasional off-shift support.
